Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Heavy Metal gear, but if your order isn't hitting the right note, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
